I appreciate CS6 is out-dated however i will need to use it for a little more time yet. When i came to reinstalation of CS6 Acrobat Pro it came up with this error, see below. I was told by adobe support to remove Acrobat Pro and reinstal it with Acrobat DC which I then discovered was only available for a paid subcription. Using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:), (mac:) you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)Ģ. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,ī. ** you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:ġ.
